磷酸锌、铬酸锌、铬酸钡、有机氮碱铬酸盐,铬酸钙、三聚磷酸铝、有的配方还添加亚硝酸钠,也有认为加入铬酸锶是必要的。
3、转化型表面处理涂料
转化型表面处理涂料也叫反应型带锈涂料,这类涂料不含成膜物质,也因为这样所以还需要另外加底漆配合,如果含有成膜物质则称之为锈蚀转化底漆。
真空镀膜机注意事项
1、设备接地必须可靠,并经常检查接地装置导电作用。
2、扩散泵和油增压泵加热前必须接通冷却水,泵停止工作,但泵内示冷却至80摄氏度以下时,不得切断冷却水,以防止泵芯烧毁。
3、扩散泵和油增压泵在加热情况下,切勿与大气接触,以免泵油氧化。
