  真空镀膜机注意事项

  1、设备接地必须可靠，并经常检查接地装置导电作用。

  2、扩散泵和油增压泵加热前必须接通冷却水，泵停止工作，但泵内示冷却至80摄氏度以下时，不得切断冷却水，以防止泵芯烧毁。

  3、扩散泵和油增压泵在加热情况下，切勿与大气接触，以免泵油氧化。
